During the Springtime, there are two things that you should look forward to when it comes to Whataburger: 1) the return of the Avocado Bacon Burger and 2) their fiesta medal. This year, Whataburger decided to add some sparkle to the mix with glittery golden fries paired off with their fancy ketchup—yes, regular and spicy. But the shine doesn’t stop there! To give some fiesta pizzazz, their medal includes bright glittery lettering surrounded by splashes of green, blue, and pink. This medal is only available online for $9.99.
Whataburger Fiesta Medal 2016
Listen up folks! The medal I get the most questions about is undeniably the Whataburger medal and I just saw someone post about buying it on Twitter so this is hot off the presses. I mean WHATABURGER didn’t even let me know that it was online yet! So if you want your very own 2016 Whataburger Fiesta Medal (or both of their cool designs), you better hurry over to their online store to get one right now.
Like their limited time offers, this one won’t last long!
Whataburger Fiesta Medal 2015
WINNER in the Mid/Large Business Category for the 2015 Fiesta Medal Competition!
Whataburger. Fiesta. Papel picados. Three of my favorite things, and they somehow were combined to make this amazing Fiesta medal. And for the first time ever, you don’t have to know a Whataburger employee in order to get this medal—it is available for general purchase! In fact, they even offer a collector’s set of all five Whataburger medals that have been created!
Whataburger Fiesta Medal 2014
It’s no secret that I am a Whataburger fanboy. I was one of the first to write about their Spicy Ketchup, have a soft spot in my hear for their patty melts, rejoiced when they allowed the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich to be on the menu full time and am often seen with a BoB (that’s a Breakfast on a Bun) ranchero style in the morning. Heck, my one-week-old daughter has a custom-made Whatababy onesie. So it is with great pride that I scored this azulejo inspired Whataburger medal. Not available to the general public, Whataburger employee Keith gave me his own personal medal. What a medal indeed—I owe you, man.
