If you’re a Medal Maniac then you’ve most likely met Paul Baker, aka the Postman, at one of the medal events. He often accompanies his wife Geneva and is the guy trading the coveted USPS Fiesta Medal (you better save one for me Paul!). Paul is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin and is a Longhorn through and through. We decided to riff on his alma mater with this classic design that just says Texas all over it. The Longhorn Fiesta Medal features a Western font and two roses underneath, a nod to a particular bowl game victory that propelled UT to a National Championship.
The Longhorn design would be as much home on a vintage pearl snap shirt as it is on this beautiful Fiesta Medal. One dollar of every sale will be donated to the Animal Defense League of Texas, a charity that she and her husband both believe in because it’s a true no kill shelter dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for abandoned and abused dogs and cats.
